ClipFixbasic®, ClipFixcycle® and ClipFixtwins® are enhancements of our basic model. These products are fastenable and are particularly suitable for subsequent mounting, particularly in hard-to-reach places. Key features include repair-friendly handling, adhesive-free mounting and simple dismounting.

These ClipFix® rings are made from a dual-component EPDM material: A hard part for the fastening to ensure flawless locking and a soft body to provide the desired dampening effect. This feature is also offered by our “double-toothed clip rings”.

Our ClipFix® twins combine several lines or hoses and are primarily used as brackets and spacers. Custom dimensions developed specifically for our customers can be found in our ClipFix® specs catalog.

ClipFix® basic

The ClipFixbasic® provides several benefits:

  • suitable for subsequent assembly
  • mountable in places which are difficult to access
  • allows easy repairs
  • quick assembly without adhesives
  • easy to remove

Product characteristics:

  • Standard material: EPDM
  • Inner diameter: 6 to 30 mm (in 1 mm gradations)
  • Thickness clip: minimum of 5 mm
  • Possible lengths: 10 mm – by the meter
  • Clip hardness: 95 Shore A
  • Body hardness: 50 or 60 Shore A (depending on the material)

  • ClipFixcycle integrates clip in outer diameter (less space required)
  • suitable for subsequent assembly

  • quick assembly without adhesives
  • easy to remove

  • Thickness clip: minimum of 5 mm

  • Clip hardness: 95 Shore A

ClipFix® twins

The ClassicFixtwins® and ClipFixtwins® protect two tubes simultaneously and moreover provide additional advantages:

  • combines distance holder, rattle protection and damper
  • tolerance compensation for spacing between conduits
  • easy conduit fixation
  • quick assembly without adhesives
  • suitable for various pipe diameters

Product characteristics:

  • Standard material: EPDM
  • Inner diameter: 8–27 mm
  • Clip wall thickness: minimum of 5 mm*
  • Body wall thickness: minimum of 2.5 mm*
  • Possible lengths: 10 mm – by the meter
  • Clip hardness: 95 Shore A
  • Body hardness: 50 or 60 Shore A (depending on the material)
